The first day of CNY... ...
Happy Chinese New Year cum Valentine's Day to all my friends!

Went to visit my relatives early in the morning, and my forever-cheeky 6-yr old nephew sent me into an embarrassed state. (Thanks ah!)
One of my relatives asked him if my dressing was nice, and guess what that fellow answered?

"No. Look like Michael Jackson."

And he got my relatives burst into laughter.

I was #)($*)#*$# and CHOY-ing all the way. And he still had the cheek to protest "I never say she is Michael Jackson. I say look like only mah!"
(Imagine that coming from a 6-yr-old's mouth. He really inherits those smart-aleck genes from my sister. LOL.)

(Thanks man, I was hoping that a hole would open and eat me up.)

Pleaseeee.... I've got my own style LOR. Michael Jackson got wear dress one meh? #)($*)#$#

And the last thing I would ever want is to get associated with him. (though I'm a fan, but am not obsessed.) Hahaha. So if any of you is going to tell me I look like him or whatever, I'm going to run away at top lightning speed. So don't you dare! (lol)

Okay, I believe no one is reading my blog right now anyway as I have not yet revealed my blog url.
(Pei Wen is always complaining that she needs a blog to read in curing her boredom. And I'll be granting her this wish. Hoho.)

Anyway, today is finally the first "official" day of the Tiger year. I'm growing so tired of having seen and read from those fortune tellers about zodiacs. It seems that majority of the zodiacs do not have the best luck this year. (Including mine, of course. Grr.)

I can't really enjoy this year's CNY, as I still have to prepare for my upcoming examinations. Fancy that- burying yourself in books during the supposed "holidays". LOL.

OKay, I'm back to my books soon. Take care whoever is reading this.

Happy CNY!
Here's to all Jackson's fans out there who kept asking about shops in Far East that sell MJ-related items:

Check out one of the 2 costume shops @ the 3rd storey. If you are a MJ impersonator or just want to have a bit of fun with the costumes, you may be interested in this. (Yeah, they even have the "Gold Pants from History Tour" for you GP fanatics. =_=)

The last 2nd time I went there, I remembered seeing one of the costumes he wore for the Grammy Awards (Military-styled) being displayed outside the shop.

And on the 4th storey, there's this vintage-looking (and smelling) shop that sells rare LPs and items that you can't find elsewhere.

Thanks to Crystal for our great MJ finds! Let's go MJ shopping again! :D

==================================

It was just yesterday when I witnessed 2 elderly man fighting furiously over I-don't-know-what matter, and was shocked when people started screaming.

I realized that elderly man 1 was using physical force on elderly man 2. Poor elderly man 2 was being pushed and fell onto the ground, with elderly man 1 holding up both of his legs and dragging him helplessly to the rear of the escalator. (Apparently, he was attempting to kill him.)

Sheesh, I wonder what was up with that man. Fancy that- both of them look about in their 70s, and yet they are still picking a fight like nobody's business in such a crowded shopping mall. Fortunately, there were helpful people who came forward and stopped elderly man 1 from attacking elderly man 2 further. (I'm sure the latter would get killed if no one bothered.)

I wonder why I often witnessed these kinda situations recently. Just a few days ago, there was another quarrel which almost broke into a fight at a bus-stop near my house. It was scary, and I don't like it when people raise their voices.

Blah.

Another day begins... ...
First of all, Happy belated Birthday to Chin Seng! :)
It was an enjoyable dinner yesterday with Seng, Pitrra and Earnest. Pardon me for my "noob-ness", but it was my first time stepping into "New York New York". Gosh, I had no idea that their food come in such EXTRA LARGE sizes! ~_~
I had eaten no more than a portion of its hamburger - and I was already bloated! (Hahaha)

Okay, enough of food.

I just had my presentation today in school, and I think IT WAS HORRIBLE. I can't express myself well in english, and that's a shame.
Honestly, I can't speak standard english (I am a mandarin speaker "by default". LOL), let alone presenting in front of a class. Sheesh.

Ironically, I love english, and enjoy writing in the language. Weird, huh?

Alright, enough of my blogging today - I'm going off to do preparations for my upcoming examinations, which I have been procrastinating for such a looong time.

Duh.
